Ensure Company SOP and GMP’s compliance, especially those more specific to the department daily operation.
Assist department manager to train new hires in all aspects of the department.
Ensure on time completion of assignments.
Responsible for the Cleaning & Sanitization of Production Filling Equipment.
Responsible for the Cleaning & Sanitization of the Auxiliary Manufacturing Equipment including Portables Totes & Stationary Holding, etc.
Responsible to document each cleaning and sanitization of equipment in log books.
Ensure to conduct Hygiena swabbing analysis to equipment prior to sanitization.
To ensure that the work effort which has been carefully schedule is accomplished on time and consistent with the Quality requirements.
Responsible to maintain the work area clean, organized and free of hazardous conditions.
Report any unsafe working conditions/employee behavior to immediate supervisor.
Notify immediate supervisor of the need of procurement spare parts require to repair equipment as needed
Notify immediate supervisor of low inventory on sanitizer solutions to conduct daily operation.
Recognize potential opportunities and implement initiatives for continuous improvements.
Special projects and any other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Basic mathematical skills.
High attention to details.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to disassemble and properly re-assemble Production Filling Equipment.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Demonstrate teamwork skills.
Demonstrate ability to follow through on project assignments.
Demonstrate ability/aspiration to advance within the Company.
Flexibility to work special schedules as required satisfying job requirements
Good attendance record.
