The Salvation Army, an Internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, has a job opening for a Kettle Driver for Red Shield Services, located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Job Summary
Drives truck, minibus, and/or van to mall(s) and other locations to and from Red Shield. Delivers kettles and supplies to kettle location and workers.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Ability to follow instructions with limited supervision. Ability to greet and respond to the general public courteously. Ability to abide by required dress code. Ability to perform all duties with an understanding of the mission, ministry, philosophy, culture, and protocol of The Salvation Army and conducts all duties in accordance with the ministry of the organization and its Christian principles; conducts all communications and job duties with the highest level of professionalism.

Education and Experience
No formal education or experience requirements.

Certifications

Valid State Driver’s License

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions.

Ability to meet attendance requirements; Ability to operate commercial equipment; Ability to exert the physical energy required in performing duties given; Ability to perform continuous stooping, standing and climbing as well as lift and carry and /or push/pull moderate (25 – 50 lbs) materials and donations.
