JOB SUMMARY

The Product Coordinator will ensure that all partner and general contracts are processed in a timely manner. They process contracts and cases efficiently and in a timely manner. This position reports directly to the Manager, Campaign Coordination.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 Under general direction, specific duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

·       Support the Product Coordinator team by creating and maintaining customer accounts by performing the following:

o   Process new contracts after being reviewed by accounting

o   Ensure the contract and opportunities match for accounts

o   Provision/update accounts In Web

o   Ensure contacts/NPI/Pharmacy Information is correct

o   Process cases as they pertain to client cancellations/down-sells

o   Ensure the correct modules are turned off in Salesforce and Web

               

·       Supports the Product Coordinator team with partner enrollment processing and maintenance

o   Process new accounts from finalized partner rosters

o   Process/assess cases Incoming from partners (e.g. Partner Admin requests, adding modules when needed etc.)

 

·       Supports the Product Coordinator team with miscellaneous Adhoc projects, such as

o   Processing and provisioning Programs

o   Assisting with updates and changes requested for accounts

 

·       Supports the Campaign Coordinator team with miscellaneous Adhoc projects, such as

o   Setting up One-Time campaigns during our busy season (e.g. Open Enrollment, Flu etc.)

o   Learn to set up on demand campaigns to assist as needed

o   Learn general overview of campaigns to step in when needed

·    Carefully prepare for meetings and presentations; follow up with others to ensure that agreements, tasks or commitments have been fulfilled.

 

·     Demonstrate commitment to achieving Company’s core business objectives of increasing the role of pharmacy and improving patient health in America.

 

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

 

·       Experience working with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.

·       Experience resolving issues that do not have clear answers.

·       Highly motivated and possessed excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills.

·       High sense of urgency and accountability

·       Adaptable, friendly, and ability to work with a team.

·       Excellent attendance

 

SKILLS, EDUCATION, OR EXPERIENCE

 

·       Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; OR one to two years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education & experience.

·       Experience working with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

·       Remote full-time position

·       Travel to trade shows, educational or sales events may be requested.

·       Collaboration across remote sites within the company.
