Assistant Teachers - Early Learning assist in the implementation of programming and interact positively with parents, other staff, and young children to develop a trusting relationship. This position helps in fostering social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth and demonstrates the core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect with program participants. Under the guidance of the Teacher, Assistant Teachers are responsible for directly supervising a group of children while engaging with them in a variety of activities throughout the day.
