FLEETCOR is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support multiple lines of business across Hotel & Lodging, Airlines and Insurance to help continue our unprecedented growth in the Corporate Lodging industry. We are looking for an up-and-coming digital marketing superstar to support the broader marketing team by providing a range of digital marketing support across our demand generation efforts driving leads and direct enrollments in a BtoB environment. This role will lean heavily into campaign management across both media, creative development, analytics and landing page user flows.
The person in this role will have the opportunity to join a team that has grown at an unprecedented rate for the last few years in an industry that is still young and expanding rapidly. Our marketing group is a strategic driver of revenue and growth. You will get visibility and access to key company executives, stretch your own capabilities and expand your scope as we grow the business further.
This role reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing for the Lodging Business.
•Manage paid search programs across Google and Bing in partnership with our digital media buying agency.
•Manage media programs across Facebook, YouTube, programmatic and other media channels as needed in partnership with our digital media agency.
•Develop and provide regular reporting, optimization insights and performance reviews in support of digital marketing campaigns
•Work directly with the Digital Marketing Specialists, creative teams and website development agency to create customized landing pages in support of lead generation and direct online enrollments
•Align development of media creative assets and landing page creative with audience creation and targeting
•Management of third-party tags and tracking within Google tag manager
•Management of Google Analytics and integration of our media platforms and GA within Google Data Studio to create custom performance dashboards
•Assist the marketing team in other research and event management duties as assigned.
•Work closely with the Marketing team to manage the marketing database and other digital assets
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated to perform at a high level, can think strategically to make sure their work aligns with business goals, is process oriented, and can effectively prioritize and manage tasks. The ideal candidate will have the following:
•5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment – preferably for a financial services or technology company.
•Ambition to build a strong marketing career.
•Previous agency, media or campaign management experience
•Hands on search marketing experience is ideal along with campaign experience within Facebook
•Experience in lead generation or e-commerce
•Working knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe ideal
•Ability to present him/herself professionally through exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong organizational and project management skills.
•Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
•Doer not a delegator.
•Willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get the work done.
•Ability to design and strategize as well as execute and implement.
•Creative and innovative.
•Accountable and flexible.

We envision a business world where every purchase is controlled, every payment is digital, and every payment-related decision is well-informed. In this future paperless state, payments will require little to no time to manage, leaving companies with more time for what matters most: activities that grow their businesses.

FLEETCOR is a growth company, and we employ a simple three-prong strategy for growing our business:
- More Customers. We invest more than $200 million per year in sales and marketing, predominately focused on new customer acquisition. We continue to scale existing sales channels and headcount, enable our sales people with demand generation and other tools, and launch new distribution channels both internally and through partners such as ERP software providers, telematics companies, and banks. We will also grow our customer base inorganically through acquisitions.
- More Spend. We seek to leverage our existing customer relationships and capture greater share of their business payment expenditures. As such, we have developed various “beyond” initiatives, where we extend the utility of an existing payment product without degrading the core value proposition of the original product. As such, a customer can “buy more stuff” without sacrificing the controls and reporting which attracted the customer to our product to begin with. For example:
- Our Fuel card customers can enable their cards to allow non-fuel purchases relevant to their business, like allowing a painting crew to buy supplies at a home improvement store, so they can finish the paint job.
- Our Toll tag customers can use their in-vehicle RFID tags to make other “on the go” purchases like parking, fuel and fast-food.
For our customers, these product extensions reduce payment friction, saving them time and operational headaches. For FLEETCOR, these product extensions can increase our share of wallet with existing customers and can increase our products’ appeal and applicability to previously-unserved customer segments (e.g., non-toll urban dwellers). We also create new product offerings, developed internally or in conjunction with partners, to cross-sell to our existing customer base.
- More Geographies. We continue to seek attractive entry opportunities in major international markets, which we intend to pursue through acquisitions and partnerships.
