Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a Senior Digital Banking Platform Product Owner. This position will be responsible for leading the development of new digital bank consumer facing applications, including: Android and iOS mobile apps, a transactional desktop site and a new account onboarding application.

The individual will provide support and leadership to internal and external teams as well as banking product providers and resellers that provide services required to build a best-in-class fully digital banking business (i.e., money movement, bill pay, KYC, OFAC, P2P payments etc.). Multiple Agile scrum teams are being established, which will collaborate with this new Product Owner. This is an amazing opportunity to build a new digital bank with national scale from the ground up.


Summary Essential Job Functions

•Own the Digital Banking strategic roadmap, in partnership with Design & Technology, to bring transparency and agility to the delivery process

•Own and proactively support product delivery of digital banking service

•Support and partner with Engineering teams - including escalation and resolution of impediments

•Communicate the digital bank strategy and services to external and internal partners, peers, and executives

Position Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 6 plus years work experience

•At least 2 years of experience as a product owner or product manager on an Agile sprint team

•At least 2 years consumer/retail deposit industry experience

•Strong communication and follow-up skills

•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

•Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills

•Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity


Preferred

•Digital Banking experience with a top 20 bank or large digital only bank working as a product owner/manager in an Agile environment
