Position Summary

This person coordinates and oversee administrative duties for the Fraud Department, and ensures that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. Their responsibilities generally include duties like greeting visitors, onboarding new hires, scheduling team meetings and department townhalls, maintaining documentation, and planning team events.


Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Onboard new hires and ensure they have proper software and access to do their job
  • Assemble training materials
  • Maintain department policies and procedures
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves
  • Maintain the department SharePoint site
  • Assist in department communication
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

Position Requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
