SPORTS & FITNESS ADMIN. - MEMBERSHIP SALES DIRECTOR


Columbia Association is seeking to fill the corporate level position of Membership Sales Director. If you have a passion for motivating others to become more active and live healthier life-styles, then this role is for you. This role is responsible for managing the sales department’s performance across all of our facilities on a daily basis including all aspects of administration and lead generation to ensure a smooth profitable flow of membership revenue and retention and to develop and mentor the staff for maximum accountability and profitability. This position will also be responsible for creating and deepening our relationships with members that we know and do not yet know that will add value to their membership, enhance their sense of belonging and community with the club as reflected by facility metrics.

The successful candidate must act as a champion of our organization with the mission to enhance Columbia Association’s ability to attract and retain members. This is a full-time year-round position with a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, leave time, 401K and more.


Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree - preferred

  • At least three to five years of multi-site sales leadership and management

  • Proven experience hiring, supporting and retaining top performing sales professionals

  • Competitive drive to succeed in a performance based culture

  • Personal passion and commitment for living a healthy way of life

  • CPR certification
