TSS is seeking an Official Establishment Coordinator
- Review the Updating Official Establishment Inventory (OEI) data on a monthly basis for District Offices
- Identify and correct errors in the OEI for the District Investigation Branch offices and add new firms to the existing database system.
- Utilizing data in each District’s FACTS system, along with information appearing on the firm’s registration
- Review data entry of newly registered firms in FACTS, Firm Management System (FMS), FDA Unified Registration and Listing System (FURLS), database as well as internet resources to verify accuracy of firm entries, correct errors and merge data information.
- Enter new drug registrations in FACTS
