Mid-Level Intelligence Planner
STS Systems Support is seeking career intelligence Planners with Military and/or Agency Collection Management and ISD (curriculum development) experience to assist the Defense Intelligence Agency in revitalizing and standardizing Collection Management standards, practices, doctrine, and training across the DIA and Intelligence Community. Assists in developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, and alternative uses of new or available data sources
Location: Pentagon, Washington DC
Must have the following:
Active TS/SCI
Thorough understanding of Collection Management, and Collection Requirements, Collection Requirements Matrix, Foreign Disclosure, Collection Planning Methodologies, OPLANs.
Subject matter expertise in Joint Intelligence Planning (JIP)
Must be able to operationalize their knowledge of the JIP process to reach National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) accreditation standards and to develop certification programs
Knowledge of a full range of concepts, principles, and practices in Joint Staff, multi-Command, Service Intelligence Centers, and Combat Support Agencies and skills applying this knowledge to difficult work assignments as applied to JIP
Professional knowledge of a wide-range of all-source intelligence principles, concepts, and techniques
Knowledge of applying NCCA accreditation standards to current and developing certification programs
Knowledge of applying JIP concepts across the intelligence cycle
Experience in leveraging solid written and verbal communication skills to prepare and confidently deliver briefings and papers for senior officials
Expertise in JIP activities to include development of National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP), Functional/Intelligence Support Plans (FSP/ISP), and development of Annex B plans
Highly Desirable:
Watch officer Experience
Experience providing Intel Planning support to Joint staff
