This is a very exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist with a keen eye for talent in the Technical space.

We're looking for someone to join our upbeat Staffing Agency and work closely with the Sales team and other Recruiters to find the best candidates in the London market.


A bit about you:

• You are committed and driven. You don't stop until you find the right match for your

client.

• You have experience working at a Recruitment/Staffing Company and have the

references to back your top-notch skills

• You have proven experience recruiting Technical talent.

• You aren't afraid of the phone and don't hesitate to reactively reach out to both

candidates and clients.

• You have a high sense of urgency. You understand that speed to submit is important while

focusing on the quality of your submissions.

• You've got time management figured out, and you can balance up to 10 open jobs at once.

• You keep your cool. Sometimes things can get busy, but you stay focused and always

leave the office knowing that you did what you could to get the job done.

• Candidates love you. Your energy is infectious, and people enjoy speaking with you.

You're naturally inquisitive and value your relationships.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:

• Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards.

• Phone and face-to-face sales activity to effectively build relationships and increase our

market share.

• Effective job qualification to enhance conversion to placement.

• Conducting CV searches on job boards to maximize the choice of talent for our job

orders.

• In depth searching and head hunting online to identify talent.

• Conducting thorough interviews to collate proof points that effectively match and market

talent.

• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the

interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer

negotiation.

• Attending events and networking opportunities to deepen sector knowledge and build

contacts.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.

• Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.

• Proven experience conducting various types of interviews. (i.e., phone, video, etc.
