The Director, Workforce Services Sales listens to clients’ total workforce pain points and suggests the best solutions including payroll solutions, staffing, managed services, marketplace recruitment solutions, direct/self source contingent labor solutions and beyond.

Ways you’ll continuously add value:

  • Build an effective consultative relationship with clients and key contacts during the sales process. Key contacts include C-suite decision-makers in Procurement, Talent Mobility, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Diversity and, in keeping with our historical core reputation, Digital, Marketing, Creative & Content.

  • Develops strategic sales strategies, by client and industry, to achieve total workforce solutions that are wins for both the client and Aquent.

  • Utilizes a consultative approach to persuade key decision makers to understand and buy conceptual and disruptive shifts in their own approach to workforce solutions.

  • Collaborates with others to develop sales proposals designed to meet individual client needs, while staying true to our brand and progressive values.

  • Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions and pricing of services with new clients 

  • Generate opportunities from client meetings, referrals, networking, and social media

  • Spearhead responses to RFPs

Key factors that impact an AD’s success:

  • Proven sales record closing multi-year, complex sales in professional workforce solutions, including employer of record, agent of record, IC management.

  • Solution sales is the name of the game and prior success selling solutions to enterprise customers is critical.

  • Experience and proven success in total talent management solutions (workforce solutions) is critical.

  • Experience and proven success in working with the world’s largest brands is highly preferred.

  • Strong quantitative reasoning skills are critical.

  • Strong ability to forge successful relationships with high level executives, strong ability to close, strong ability to produce individual sales results and profitable outcomes and strong ability to overcome barriers by finding the path forward.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and negotiating skills

  • You should be skilled in crafting unique messaging to drive new conversations, meetings and proposals.

  • You should be able to think on your feet during sales meetings to overcome objections, describe our competitive advantages, answer tough questions and ideate on solution mixes to exceed client goals.
